At Tibi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
